She went above and beyond every step of the way to proactively get good answers to all the right questions – some of which I was not aware needed to be asked. She went out to the property, researched Internet options, cell service, county permits, you name it. I had a long list. When there was a roofing question, she found the best local roofing company and got quotes the very next day. She has an amazing network of peers, lenders, inspectors, and contractors. When we were ready to put in an offer, she made herself available during all hours of the day and night. When we declined a counter offer, she made no attempt to push or influence us beyond what was truly best for the buyer that she was representing.
